Some ground has been lost over time due to numerous factors, but there is a long list of government and private organizations that provide enrichment programming in Spartanburg. By addressing current shortcomings related to outreach, transportation, and coordination between organizations, the engagement in youth enrichment activities can be significantly expanded by making them readily available to all.
