This report identifies five priorities and their respective imperatives that will positively impact the learning experiences for the Southside’s school-aged children. They are:

1. Engagement and Advocacy
2. Access to Additional Resources
3. Enhancement of School Culture, Policies, and Practices
4. School and Community Financial Allocation and Management Process
5. Life-Long Learning Opportunities

When these five priorities are operationalized and supported by academic and community partners, the students and schools of the Southside will begin to experience high-quality teaching and learning experiences, self-regulated learners, superior enrichment programming, and greater academic growth.
